Hey, I’m Deja—but you can call me Adje! I’ve always loved travel, but for most of my life, I only explored within the U.S. That changed in 2023 when I got my passport, opening the door to a whole new world of adventure. My first international trip was to India, where I stayed for a month, and from that moment on, my fire for travel only kept growing. Since then, I’ve made it a goal to take at least one international trip every year, fueling my passion for discovering new cultures, hidden gems, and unforgettable experiences.
In early 2025, I took a leap of faith—I quit my job and set off for Asia, embracing both personal changes and an incredible opportunity to explore this side of the world more. Through AdjeVentures, I share my journey, blending immersive storytelling with a love for adventure to inspire others to see what’s out there.
As for the name, I love my name, but I never felt it quite fit as a brand name. While brainstorming, I started scribbling it in different ways and stumbled upon "Adje" (pronounced edge)—and just like that, an alter ego was born. After all, why not embrace the most adventurous version of yourself?
